Semi-Automatic

Rail-guided throughput with operator supervision on mid-size ground-mount plants.

The SUNAIROBOT Semi-Automatic robot is a rail-guided, operator-supervised system for mid-size ground-mount plants that need higher throughput than a portable unit.

Once table-edge rails are in place, the robot travels rows with consistent brush pressure while an operator supervises start, stop, and transfers. It is the practical middle ground between rooftop Lift & Shift and fully autonomous utility-scale fleets.

Overview

What it is, where it fits,

what problem it solves

Best for: Mid-size ground-mount.

Key Benefits

Why O&M teams pick

Semi-Automatic

Rail-guided path

Table-edge rails keep coverage consistent along the row.

Higher throughput

Faster than portable Lift & Shift on long ground-mount tables.

Operator supervision

Start, stop, and transfers stay under O&M control.

Repeatable cadence

The same pass every cycle — not ad-hoc mopping.

Dry and wet options

Match Rajasthan/Gujarat dust or wetter soiling.

Mid-size plant fit

Sized for commercial ground-mount, not only rooftops or 100 MW+ parks.

How It Works

From survey to cleaning cadence

1. Survey table geometry

We measure row length, tilt, tracker vs fixed, and water so the rail and robot match the plant.

2. Install rails

Table-edge guides go in. Operators are trained on load, start, and transfer.

3. Supervised passes

The robot runs the row; the crew handles table-to-table moves and exceptions.

4. Cadence and spares

Lock a weekly or soiling-driven cycle and keep brushes/spares on site.

FAQ

Semi-Automatic questions

Is this the same as Fully Automatic?

No. Semi-Automatic is rail-guided and operator-supervised. Fully Automatic adds scheduled autonomy and fleet telemetry.

Do we need rails on every table?

Rails are part of this product. Share layout drawings and we mark which tables get guided path first.

Can it run dry in Gujarat/Rajasthan?

Yes. Dry brush is the default for arid soiling; wet is optional.

How do we demo?

Share MW, tracker vs fixed, and a site photo. We confirm Semi-Automatic vs Lift & Shift or Fully Automatic.
